1. Information We Collect

When you register:

• Full name, business name, email address, phone number
• Subdomain/portal name you choose
• Password (stored as a one-way encrypted hash — we cannot read it)
• IP address, country, and city (used for fraud prevention and platform analytics)

When you use the platform:

• Analysis requests, fixture selections, and AI-generated predictions
• Wallet top-up history and transaction records
• Telegram channel details you connect (channel ID, bot token)
• Subscriber data for channels you manage (subscriber email, subscription status)
• Onboarding progress and education step completion

Automatically collected:

• Browser type, device type, operating system
• Pages visited and time spent (for improving the platform)
• Session cookies (required for login — no tracking cookies)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Account management — to create and manage your Vendor account
• Payment processing — to facilitate Paystack payments and withdrawals
• Platform operation — to deliver AI analysis, publish signals, manage Telegram members
• Security — to prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Location analytics — to understand where our vendors are and improve targeting for marketing (country/city only, never precise GPS)
• Communications — to send account notifications, payment confirmations, and platform updates
• Platform improvement — to analyze usage patterns and improve features (aggregated, anonymized data)

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Paystack — for payment processing (subject to Paystack's privacy policy)
• Telegram — channel management via their Bot API (no personal data shared beyond what you configure)
• Anthropic Claude API — match data and fixture information for AI analysis (no personal identifying information sent)
• API-Football — for fixture data (no personal data shared)
• Law enforcement — only when legally required by Nigerian law or court order

4. Data Retention

• Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus 2 years after deletion
• Financial transaction records are kept for 7 years as required by Nigerian financial regulations
• You may request deletion of non-financial data at any time (see Section 6)

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS encryption on all pages and API endpoints
• Passwords stored using bcrypt hashing (irreversible)
• Transaction PIN protection for withdrawals
• CSRF protection on all forms
• Rate limiting on sensitive endpoints

No system is 100% secure. If you suspect a security breach, contact us immediately.

6. Your Rights

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — update your profile data anytime in your dashboard
• Deletion — request account deletion (financial records excluded)
• Portability — request your analysis history and earnings data in CSV format
• Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time

This platform is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we will delete the account immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We'll notify registered Vendors of significant changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
